1. SMS Messaging Program

LuckyMaid, a service operated by Birchard Capital LLC ("LuckyMaid," "we," "us"), offers an SMS messaging program to provide customers with appointment-related communications. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from LuckyMaid at the phone number you provide.

2. Types of Messages

You may receive the following types of text messages from LuckyMaid:

• Appointment confirmations – When a cleaning service is scheduled
• Appointment reminders – The day before your scheduled cleaning
• Service completion notifications – When your cleaning is complete, including payment details
• Quote delivery – Cleaning estimates you have requested

3. How You Opt In

You consent to receive SMS messages from LuckyMaid when you:

• Submit a service request through our website booking form, which includes the following consent checkbox:

• Call or text our business phone number to request a cleaning quote or schedule a service. You will be informed that you will receive appointment-related text messages and that you can reply STOP at any time.
• Provide your phone number in person when scheduling a cleaning service, at which time you are verbally informed about our SMS communications and your right to opt out.

Consent is always obtained before any messages are sent. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your scheduled appointments. You will typically receive 2–5 messages per service booking (confirmation, reminder, completion, and payment notification).

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. LuckyMaid does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging fees. Check with your carrier for details.

6. How to Opt Out

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any message you receive from LuckyMaid
• Contacting us at tidycocleaners@gmail.com

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.

8. Privacy

Your phone number and personal information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, share, or rent your phone number to third parties for marketing purposes.
